Q:  Do your products contain nanoscale ingredients?
A:  NO I do not use nanoscale ingredients in my mineral makeup products so they do not contain nano size particles.

Q:  What is Bismuth Oxychloride?
A:  Bismuth Oxychloride is a lab manufactured mineral and is the byproduct in the refining of lead, copper, tin, silver
and gold ores and the byproduct is combined with salt to create Bismuth Oxychloride.  Bismuth is not naturally found
in the earth and is considered a heavy mineral.  It is a white/pinkish powder with quite a bit of shine.  It is also very
inexpensive and heavy making it a popular filler ingredient in mineral makeup products.  Bismuth Oxychloride is a
known skin irritant which can cause several skin irritations the most common are red itchy bumps, breakouts, cystic
acne and swelling.

Q:  Do your products contain Bismuth Oxychloride?
A:  NO SunCat Natural Mineral Makeup products do not contain Bismuth Oxychloride.

Q:  Where is your mineral makeup made?
A:  SunCat Natural Mineral Makeup products are proudly made in the USA and I make each product myself.

Q:  Why is your mineral makeup better and different than other mineral makeup brands I have tried?
A:  I use only premium cosmetic ingredients in all my products.  Most of the ingredients I use are sourced from the
USA unless the ingredient is only available from a specific country.  I also make each product using my own original
formulations that I created which makes my products different from other mineral makeup brands on the market.
Many mineral makeup companies buy their makeup already made in bulk from large factories usually in China which use
the least expensive ingredients some of which are not approved for cosmetic use.  The already made bulk makeup can
be packaged and sold under the company name, this is also called private labelling.

Q:  What is the SPF of your mineral makeup?
A:  I sell my mineral makeup as a cosmetic product not as a sunscreen.  My foundation formulations and concealers
contain titanium dioxide and zinc oxide which naturally provide sunscreen protection.  SunCat foundations and
concealers provide sunscreen protection in the upper 20's.  I do not claim a specific SPF for any of my products.   

Q:  What is the finish to your makeup?
A:  The finish you get from SunCat Natural Mineral Makeup products range from soft matte to soft shimmering
depending on the product.  Products have a natural luminosity from the minerals giving the skin a natural healthy look.  
They are not glittery or frosty.

Q:  What kind of coverage does your mineral foundation have?
A:  Foundations have light to full coverage depending on the number of applications used.  The foundations have
buildable coverage and it is best to apply foundation in light layers.  Coverage varies depending on the brush used to
apply the minerals, whether you use a moisturizer or not, and the number of applications used.

Q:  Are your products gluten and soy free?
A:  Yes all SunCat products are free of gluten and soy.

Q:  Do you wholesale your products or offer them for private labeling?
A:  I do not offer my products wholesale, for private labeling or in bulk or for retail sale.  SunCat products are not
packaged for resale.

Q:  Where are you product sold?
A:  SunCat Natural Mineral Makeup products are only sold here on my website and are not available anywhere
else.  If you see online advertising claiming to sell SunCat Natural Mineral Makeup products they are not.  These
websites draw people in looking for SunCat products and are selling other products instead.

Q:  I am having problems viewing the pages what can I do?
A:  I use a large font on my website.  Increase your screen resolution or reduce your text size.  If you are still
having problems viewing the pages remove any items you may have in your shopping cart, close your browser, clear
your computers internet files, browsing history and cookies.  Restart your browser, refresh each page of the
website you go to.
